I decided to participate in Tough Mudder because for the majority of my adult life I have consistently wanted to develop my strength, endurance, tone up overall and of course lose a few pounds! One of my main goals is to become a decent runner which will be tough as I have weak knees from previous injury, we shall see how that goes. I have always lacked motivation and usually gave up fairly quickly. Not this time!!
