I wanted to participate in Tough Mudder to increase my stamina, build muscle mass and just generally get in better shape. I used to be extremely active when I was younger and some of the things I was capable of doing I can no longer do. I would like to get back to the same level of fitness skill and having Tough Mudder be my excuse to not give up is excellent. Not to mention the fun looking obstacle course to look forward too.
